Return without giving any reason
Pursuant to the law, the buyer has the right return the goods within 14 days from the day of delivering of the goods without giving any reason. In this case, it is necessary to fill the withdrawal from a distance purchase contract (download) and send together with the goods to the address: Továrenská 314 (old tanneries) 95618 Bošany, Slovakia. After the delivery of the goods together with the withdrawal from the contract, the seller is obliged to return the full amount for the goods to the consumer without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

In the event that a product defect is detected, a claim must be made immediately (do not use the product further)!! In this case, it is necessary to fill the withdrawal from a distance purchase contract (download), write down product defects and send them together with the goods to the address: Továrenská 314 (old tanneries) 95618 Bošany, Slovakia. After receipt, the goods will be sent for an assessment of the authorization of the claim.
ATTENTION: We do not register a package without an attached withdrawal from the purchase contract as a complaint and we are not obliged to investigate the reason for returning the package!!!
Write out the withdrawal from the contract carefully and legibly. If possible, fill it out on a computer.

Goods in their original condition can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the goods. In this case, proceed as follows. Write to us in the order confirmation email that you received from us after creating the order, which size you would like to exchange the original size for. If you do not have this email, write to us at info@treeempire.eu. It is necessary for you to write us your name, surname, address, telephone number, order number and the height you would like.
Did you miss the leg for the artificial stand in the package?
In this case, just write to info@treeempire.eu your order number along with your name, address, and phone number and we will send you a replacement leg.
ATTENTION: The customer is obliged to check the package immediately after receiving it. A claim for a replacement stand is only possible within the first 14 days of possession of the goods. After this time, the claim is not justified and is considered speculative.
According to the terms and conditions, the seller is not responsible for defects caused mainly by the following use: mechanical damage, an unavoidable event (natural disaster, improper handling), in violation of the instructions for use and the usual way of use, in special cases, if it results from the nature of the matter and the intervention of an unauthorized person , including the user, or by other unprofessional intervention, using the goods in conditions that do not correspond to their humidity, chemical and mechanical effects of the natural environment of the goods, neglecting the care and maintenance of the goods, damaging the goods by excessive loading, using the goods in violation of the conditions stated in the documentation, general principles, technical standards or safety regulations or other breach of warranty conditions.
